Copay Policy

Some health insurance carriers require the patient to pay a copay for services rendered. The knowledge of a required copay is the responsibility of the insured. Copays are expected at the time services are rendered at each visit. The responsible party is the person bringing the child in for the visit. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
