Professionalism Policy

At Pack Pediatrics, we aim to provide quality care in a positive environment, with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Respect to the office staff, providers, other patients, and other family members is mandatory. Inappropriate language, rudeness, or disruptive behavior in the office, or non-compliance that negatively impacts the ability to provide care may be subject to discharge from the practice. If your child is discharged from our pediatric care, you will receive a written notice via certified mail.
